Hendrik Deroo, consultant at PROCOS Belgium presented at “Lunch for Facility Management” the new European standard on Space & Area Measurement (EN 15221 – 6).
The event was organized by IFMA Belgium. During the session Hendrik focused on the importance of the new standard for the Facility Management profession. The standard will be the foundation for the communication and benchmarking. He also emphasized on the fact that one common standard will benefit the relation with Real Estate and construction sector.
